The team are proud holders of the BSI Kitemark PAS 125. Established out of a need for clearer, publicly recognised standards, and for greater accountability in the automotive body repair industry, BSI PAS 125 is the assured industry standard, the basis of the Bodyshop Kitemark Scheme. Holders of the PAS 125 have to undertake rigorous and lengthy training to ensure they can fulfil exacting criteria covering all aspects of the facilities, staff and service. At Erdington Accident every member of workshop staff have been on a an ATA (Automotive Technician Accreditation) accredited course. To achieve such a standard is perhaps more common place in a large corporate backed main-dealership, so for any small independent company gaining this accreditation is a rarity and clearly a compliment to the dedication of the team. All customers receive excellent levels of customer care, and we pride ourselves on our personal friendly service. Our well equipped workshop, with state of the art technology is able to deal with all manner of accident repairs.
